Work with us: Peasant Saints

Have you considered what God could do with you here?

Would you like to serve God with us?  Here at Peasant Saints we believe working for the LORD is something God calls all His people to in some way.  God uses people in the building of His beautiful church like a painter uses many different brushes and paint colors to create a beautiful painting.  If you are a Christian with a desire to serve the LORD through Peasant Saints we would love to meet you.

Our approach to bringing someone on staff is unique

We evaluate each individual to find out two things: how God has gifted them, and how God has given them a passion to serve.  We then design a position for you at Peasant Saints based on a combination of your God given passions and gifts.   We believe people working for God in the way they have been gifted and impassioned by God is a recipe for glorifying God in this ministry.

Full-time and part-time options

We have two avenues available for those wanting to work with Peasant Saints: Part-Time and Full-Time Staff. As Part-Time you will continue to work at your current job to support yourself financially while working with Peasant Saints.  Being Part-Time is also a great way to supplement your income as you raise support for a full-time position.

All Full-Time Staff members with Peasant Saints are required to raise their own financial support.  You won’t be in this alone though!  We have virtually unlimited resources available to help you in this endeavor.  Not only will you be supported through prayer from the Peasant Saints leaders and members, but you will also be supported personally by someone with Peasant Saints who will work with you in your fund raising process.  They will work with you in preparing your fundraising materials, setting your goals and even help you to achieve them.  You will have ample support in your journey through prayer, advice, prayer, encouragement and prayer (did we mention prayer?).

Current full time staff needs

Below are some specific needs we have.  If you feel led to do some combination of these, please let us know.  Essentially, we tailor-make all of our positions to suit what God is doing with that individual.  All of the positions below have a broader scope than what is listed below.  Please let us know if you would like to know more about any of these positions.

Mission Coordinators - This person would coordinate local and international evangelistic outreach events at the direction of the board of directors.  This person would manage various volunteers to ensure that events run smoothly, and would be active in evangelistic outreach on a regular basis through all types of evangelism.

Mission Developers - This person would be responsible for approaching local and international churches to explain what Peasant Saints does, and work with a Peasant Saints Mission Coordinator to put together evangelism events and trainings.  This person would be trained to initiate international mission trips through Peasant Saints from the initial contact of churches to scouting trips to the actual mission trip with Peasant Saints members.  They would work closely with board members or a Peasant Saints Mission Coordinator to accomplish their goals.  This person would be active in evangelistic outreach on a regular basis through all types of evangelism.

Media Managers - This person would create videos, take pictures and videos at events, manage our media outreach from a technical standpoint and work on our website through keeping it updated.  Realizing that this is a broad job that may cover more than one person’s expertise, we are open to staff members who are talented in one or more of these areas.

Training Material Developers - This person would be responsible for developing the training materials we already have, and would work closely with the board of directors to develop deeper training that relates to evangelism, conversion, gospel presentations, open air preaching and so on.  This person would be active in evangelistic outreach on a regular basis through all types of evangelism.

Local Missionary – This person would be active in evangelistic outreach on a regular basis through all types of evangelism, and will help in the development of members of Peasant Saints as needed.

Teacher – Peasant Saints needs teachers who will be able to be good communicators and educators!  This person would work with the Training Materials Developer to teach through existing materials, develop new materials and identify new areas of training needs as they arise.
